Remove the buildings' vertical wood supports. 4. Furnish and install a handrail around the perimeter of the sludge thickener. 5. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, utilities, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. 6.
