Bids will be received from a Prime Contractor for one price for each ECM, all trades, all-inclusive. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-27, et. seq. Bidders are required to comply with the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, Chapter 238, Public Laws (N.J.S.A. 4:11-56.50 et. seq.), and be required to submit with the bid, evidence of contractor and major subcontractor registration with the New Jersey Department of Labor, Division of Wage and Hour Compliance.
