As of April 16, 2024, bid substantially exceeds the available appropriation for the project. Proposals Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the Form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount Bid, Provided Said Check or Bond Need Not Be More Than $20,000.00. This Contract Does Require a Performance Bond. Each Proposal Must Be Enclosed in a Sealed Envelope, Bearing the Name and Address of the Bidder and Shall Be Addressed to the Township Manager's Office and on or Before the Hour Mentioned Above. Envelope or Package Must Be Clearly Endorsed With "sealed Bid" and the Contract Name. 1. This Solicitation Will Be Awarded via a Fair and Open Process in Accordance With N.j.s.a. 19:44a-20.5 Et Seq. 2. Bidder Must Be Registered With the State of New Jersey at Time of the Award of the Contract. Bidders Will Be Required to Present a Copy of Their Business Registration Certificate (Brc). 3. Bidders Must Provide an Ownership Disclosure Affidavit With Bid Proposal, Failure to Provide the Same is a Non-waivable Defect. 4.
