Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Sweetwater County School District No. 1 (the Owner) is receiving lump sum sealed proposals for the Lincoln Elementary School Demolition. Generally the work shall include but not be limited to providing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials needed for this project. This project consists of demolition of the existing school in its entirety, selective site demolition including transportation and disposal of material and debris, salvage of doors, asbestos abatement, site clearing, earthwork, landscaping removal and replacement including irrigation, termination and modification of utilities, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. This project is to be awarded under a single Contract. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashier's Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the proposal. The successful bidder shall provide a one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond. The bidder is required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
