Saving Project...

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Bidders shall accompany their bids with a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond made payable to the City of Rock Springs in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The bid security is required as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the Contract, will promptly execute the Contract Agreement and/or furnish the Contract Bond and/or Performance Bond. The bid security will be forfeited to the City of Rock Springs as liquidated damages for failure to enter into a contract for said work with the City of Rock Springs within the specified time or for any delay or extra work caused thereby. The City of Rock Springs reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject any and all bids, or to accept that bid which in its sole and absolute judgment will, under all circumstances, best serve the public interest. The Contractor shall pay to the City as liquidated damages an amount of $250.00 per week for failure to deliver the equipment in the stipulated time.
