Renovation of a swimming pool in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, Removal and rehabilitation of recirculation pumps Removal and replacement of recirculation pump motors Rehabilitation of five (5) pressure filters which will include: Removal and disposal of existing media, inlet distributor and underdrains Sandblasting and recoating the interior and exterior of each steel filter vessel Installation of new underdrains, inlet distributor and media Remove and replace filter face valves and recirculation pump valves Sand blast and recoat above grade piping Installation of new clamp on flow meters Televise suction intake lines Remove sand from suction lines (Alternate) Miscellaneous control and electrical improvements Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or a corporate surety bond made in favor of Washington County in an amount equal to not less than 5% of the total bid. Washington County hereby notifies all bidders that it does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age and handicapped status in employment or the provision of services in consideration for an award. The Board of County Commissioners of Washington County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any defects therein.
