As of December 15, 2023, per owner, an engineer has been identified. They are working under a grant for this project and are still in the beginning phase. They do not have a timeframe for the contractor bidding. TITLE: Water System Improvements, Colfax County The Town of Springer hereby invites interested Parties to respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for Engineering and Construction Management Services for Water System Improvements, Town of Springer, Colfax County. The Request for Proposals may be requested via email: tosclerk@bacavalley.com or by calling the Town Hall office at (575) 483-2682. Please carefully read all instructions, specifications, terms, and conditions. Failure to comply with the instructions, terms and conditions and specifications of this request for proposals may result in your offer being classified as unresponsive. Proposals received will be stamped in with a date and time. Offers must be submitted to the above address no later than the time and date specified above. Late Proposals will not be accepted. New Mexico criminal law prohibits bribes, gratuities and kickbacks. Questions regarding this Invitation to submit a proposal should be submitted in writing to Town of Springer, Sarah Arias, Clerk-Treasurer- PO Box 488- Springer, NM 87747 or via e-mail to tosclerk@bacavalley.com. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
