For the Xeriscape Project on Salazar-Garcia Circle Project. The work shall generally consist of: Perform clearing, grubbing and grading of front yards in preparation for landscaping fabric and decorative rock installation, and tree stump removal at the Springer Housing Authority neighborhood on Salazar-Garcia Circle in Springer, New Mexico. Xeriscaping the front yard of approximately 30 houses is included in the project. Questions posted to the Engineer after January 5, 2023 may not be answered. Project Engineer: Tyler Davis, P.E.
