Description

Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Wilmore, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

This project includes domestic hot water systems upgrades in the building. The work consists of replacement of three existing boiler water to domestic hot water heaters, two storage tanks, four recirculating pumps, adding one electronic DDC controlled thermostatic mixing valve, and ten domestic hot water temperature monitoring locations monitored by the existing DDC controls system. All new equipment will be monitored and controlled via the existing Automated Logic building automation system.
