**As of February 18, 2022, the project was awarded to Coleman Environmental Engineering Co., Inc. in the amount of $179,451.71. Start date is February 21. The Work performed under this Contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, incidentals, and supervision for: Pipe gate and pipe fence fabrication and installation; installation of concrete barriers; miscellaneous removals and disposal as shown on the plans. All work must be completed by April 22, 2022. Award of this Contract requires the Bidder to have a valid California Contractor's License with the classifications identified above. Award of this Contract also requires the Bidder to demonstrate its qualifications to perform the required work. Each Bid must be submitted on the bid forms provided in the Contract Documents. This is a construction project in accordance with Section 1771.5 of the California Labor Code. This Contract is subject to: (1) Federal Labor Standards Provisions as required by the Davis-Bacon Act and other applicable Federal requirements, (2) Equal Employment Opportunity requirements pursuant to Executive Order 11246, and (3) Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) development pursuant to Executive Order 12432. All labor on the Project shall be paid no less than the minimum wage rates as established by the U.S. Secretary of Labor or as determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
