REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR DESIGN & PERMITTING SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS TO CR835 FROM 9.1 MILES SOUTH TO 7.7 MILES SOUTH OF US27 IN HENDRY COUNTY, FLORIDA Hendry County is seeking engineering firms interested in providing professional services in connection with design and permitting services and construction engineering and inspection services for roadway improvements to CR835 from 9.1 miles south to 7.7 miles south to US27 in Hendry County, Florida. Firms submitting must have expertise in roadway and drainage design permitting services, and construction engineering and inspection services. Proposers shall have all services available in-house or may propose multiple firms, which have joined together to provide the various required disciplinary services in order to offer a complete submission. Individuals and firms properly registered in the State of Florida are encouraged to submit their qualifications for consideration. The solicitation does not commit Hendry County to award any contracts, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a response to this solicitation, or to contract for any services. The County retains the right to cancel this solicitation or reject any or all responses for any reason set forth in Hendry County Code Section 1-2-185(c)(3)a and may choose to re-procure at the discretion of the Board of County Commissioners.
