The National Park Service, Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park, has a requirement for historic preservation services in Skagway, Alaska. The work will take place between January and November 2022. Detailed information will be included in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. The solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 712120, size standard $8.0 million. Period of Performance: 01/17/2022 to 11/25/2022 Historic Preservation Services at Klondike National Historical Park, Skagway, Alaska, per the attached scope of work. Services include assisting KLGO staff with the rehabilitation and restoration of the Historic Arctic Meat Company and Mascot Saloon Buildings' interiors. Provide hourly and/or weekly rate based on a 40-hour week The period of performance of this contract is for 8 weeks within the period of January 17, 2022 through November 25, 2022 (8 weeks at 40 hours per week). Additional work may be requested pursuant to Option clauses 52.217-8 and 52.217-9. Requisition No: 0040561328 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
