Eastern Kentucky University is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the replacement of its Baseball and Softball Video Scoreboards. Solicitation Questions: Due By: 1/6/2022 no later than 4:00PM Substantial completion: Preferred mid-March 2022 This invitation is for design and build proposals for the removal and replacement of the baseball scoreboard currently at Turkey Hughes Field and the softball scoreboard at Gertrude Hood Field. The proposals are to include, at a minimum, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete replacement of all items as indicated throughout the attached specifications. Work can begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University but must be coordinated with the appropriate EKU point of contact. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. It is the intent of the University to award one (1) vendor for the entire solution. However, if in the best interest of the University, the University reserves the right to award in part or in whole, and to award multiple contracts.
