Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project has canceled EKU is seeking qualified companies to demo and reconstruct exterior soffit locations. Bid bonds and performance bonds are required unless otherwise stated. This invitation is for demo and reconstruction of several soffit areas on the Campbell and Combs buildings as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete project including all items as indicated throughout the attached specifications. Completion Schedule: Work must be done no later than 2/15/22. Questions Due By: 1/3/2022 no later than 4:00PM Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university.
