The potential bidders are expected to represent a reliable contracting company that has completed a variety of renovation projects over the last 10 years to include demo, concrete, masonry, finishes, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire alarm and suppression, building controls, telecommunications, equipment and associated asbestos abatement.
