Renovation of a detention facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services is seeking to procure the attached commodities and services from a New York State Certified Minority or Women Owned Business (MWBE) or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB). This Procurement including complete and accepted delivery and installation of equipment must be completed no later than September 2022. Delivery and installation of sound booths for 12 SNUG sites and 3 SNUG sites for the audio equipment will be needed. Please see attached equipment list, vendor must use this list as a cost document for the purposes of a proposal. Should any equipment become unavailable or discontinued the vendor should reach out to the Primary contact listed for DCJS ASAP so that all vendors can be notified of replacement equipment. All bidders must comply with all NYS bidding and contracting regulations. At the time of purchase additional documents will be required from the successful bidder including but not limited to NYS Workers Compensation and Disability Coverage or exemption from such, Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire, ST-220CA (Tax documentation), Non Collusive Bidding and other Lobby Law documentation as required by NYS. Discretionary procurements between $50,000 and $500,000.
