Project Development Services Two Small Structure Projects in Marion County The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to perform Environmental Documentation, Topographic Survey, Hydraulic Analysis (if needed), all Permits, Geotechnical Services, Utility Coordination, Design and Plan Development, Pavement Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering, R/W Staking, if needed) and Construction Phase Services.
