This project is TG/ED/VO Preference. A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: Mechanical and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Replace hot water heating boilers, finned tube radiation, and associated pipe, valves, fittings, insulation, and electrical service. E. Not Used F. Not Used On-Line Bidding: Available Prospective attendees exhibiting any cold or flu-like symptoms will not be admitted. These requirements may change. Responders are responsible for sending attendees who meet the requirements in effect at the time of the pre-bid meeting. 2. Attendees shall be provided with Visitor passes at the front desk. No independent, unescorted observations of the premises are allowed. This meeting time will be the only observation access to the premises provided during bidding. Plans and Specifications may be viewed, without charge, on the Office Plans and specifications can be downloaded per project for a non-refundable charge of $6.00. Parties may become a Subscriber by paying an annual cost of $200 to QuestCDN for unlimited downloads. The 'Download Delivery Fee Selection' is charged to each plan holder once the download of bid documents is initiated. The 'On-line Bidding Fee Selection' 'Bidder Pays (min. $25.00)' is an additional charge to bidders who submit an online bid at the time of bid close. Bidder Pays (Download, with Response), and a Price Break for Non-Responders): Fee for bidding on-line is $25.00 Cost is $31 for Non-Subscriber who responds, $6 charge is paid at time of download, and remaining charges are paid when the response is uploaded. Cost is $25 for Subscriber who responds, charges are paid when the response is uploaded. Cost is $6 for Non-Subscriber who downloads but does NOT respond. Cost is $0 for Subscriber who downloads but does NOT respond. Plan Holders will be notified via email as addenda are issued. Parties that download the plans and specifications and need to have them printed elsewhere are solely responsible for those printing costs.
