Any questions relating to this project should be directed to Taylor Carrico at tcarrico@cityofsanteeca.gov Work to be done includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the repair and replacement of concrete at various locations across the City including but not limited to concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways, concrete walkways, and all related and necessary work Each bidder must submit a bid to the City Clerk on standard forms available in the Office of the Director of Development Services. Said bid is to be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, cash deposit, or a bidder's bond made payable to the City of Santee, in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid submitted. Contractors shall possess the following State of California Contractor's licenses, or such other licenses as may be allowed by law, at the time of bid submission in order to perform the work: Class "A" or "C-8". The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid received and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective bids received. The award, if made, will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Bid Price, and a Payment (Material and Labor) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Bid Price, on the forms provided and in the manner described in the Bid Documents.
