Storm Drainage Repair Annual Contract 2022 The proposed improvement consists of inspecting, repairing, and replacing storm drainage infrastructure at locations as directed by the City. Plans, proposal forms and specifications for the proposed project may be examined at the Office of the City Engineer, Public Works Facility, 3505 North Dries Lane, Peoria, IL. Before plans and specifications may be obtained, contractors must be pre-qualified. All proposals must be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond for the full amount of the contract, with sureties, to be approved by the City Engineer. Compliance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act is required under this contract. The City of Peoria reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
