Grandview Drive, Peoria, IL 61614 This project consists of the rehabilitation of the Grandview Drive pump station originally built in 1949 and previously improved in 1982. Rehabilitation work in this project consists of removal and replacement of the pump works and interior piping in its entirety, modernizing the station controls, replacing the electrical service and panels, installing generator backup power, reconstructing the station by-pass pumping system, and structural repairs and improvements to the building. Form-facing material for cast-in-place concrete. Cast-in-place concrete, including concrete materials, mixture design, placement procedures, and finishes. 10% MBE and 5% WBE. Completion Date: October 29 th, 2022; construction may not begin before November 1st, 2021
