Renovation of a municipal facility in Stanley, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of installing, wiring, as well as connecting into the existing fire alarm system for the original courthouse (excluding the Courthouse annex that was occupied in 2017). Contractor shall be responsible for removal and disposal of all existing fire alarms. All work must meet Federal, State, and/or local codes. Bidders shall submit a fixed price for labor & material to complete the project. The proposal must include an estimated date contractor is able to perform the work and an estimated completion date. Any questions or concerns in regards to the placement and design of the fire alarm system should be directed to Nick Semmler from Johnson Controls at 605-519-3323. The County reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of seven (7) business days to permit the County Commissioners sufficient time to review all bids prior to acceptance or rejection.
