The project consists of installing, wiring, as well as connecting into the existing fire alarm system for the original courthouse (excluding the Courthouse annex that was occupied in 2017). Contractor shall be responsible for removal and disposal of all existing fire alarms. All work must meet Federal, State, and/or local codes. Bidders shall submit a fixed price for labor & material to complete the project. The proposal must include an estimated date contractor is able to perform the work and an estimated completion date. The County reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of seven (7) business days to permit the County Commissioners sufficient time to review all bids prior to acceptance or rejection.
