It is most important that requesting firm identify the position of the firm as to prime bidder, miscellaneous Contractor, material supplier, or other. Plans and Specifications must be returned directly to Lynn Imaging within thirty (30) calendar days after the closing date for the receipt of bids, in good condition, otherwise no refund will be made. The successful bidder must supply a 100% Performance and Payment Bond as outlined in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner or to reject any bid where evidence or information submitted by the bidder does not satisfy the Owner that the bidder is qualified to carry out the details of the Contract Documents.
