Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Martin, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The project consists of leveling the gymnasium floor at the Floyd County Community Center. Each bidder must deposit their bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Prevailing Wage Rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246, Title VI and other requirements. The successful bidder will be required to provide the Owner with a $2,000,000 General Liability and a $1,000,000 Workers Compensation naming Floyd County Fiscal Court as the Certificate Holders. Minority and Female Owned bidders are encouraged to bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
