The Work consists of the Roof Replacement at Forest Park High School A. The Project consists of construction of the replacement of roof systems and related work at Forest Park High School as shown on Contract Documents prepared by Facility Engineering Associates, P.C. (FEA), dated December 29, 2021. B. The Work generally consists of the recovery of approximately 217,525 square feet of existing roof with a modified bitumen membrane, replacement of approximately 300 square feet of existing roof with a modified bitumen membrane, and replacement of approximately 11,855 square feet of exiting roof with a standing seam metal roof system. C. The Work shall be separated into two phases to occur in subsequent years in accordance with the following schedule: March 02, 2022 - Issue Notice of Award to Contractor April 08, 2022 - Pre-job submittal submission to FEA Phase 1 June 16, 2022 - On-site start of Work August 07, 2022 - Early Substantial Completion of all electrical work August 21, 2022 - Substantial Completion October 01, 2022 - Phase 1 Punchlist Completion and Post-job Submittals Phase 2 June 16, 2023 - On-site start of Work August 06, 2023 - Early Substantial Completion of all electrical work August 20, 2023 - Substantial Completion October 01, 2023 - Phase 2 Punchlist Completion and Post-job Submittals Plans and specifications will be available for viewing between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. during the bidding period at the following location.
