Site work and paving for a civil project in Westwood, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work under this contract includes providing labor, materials and equipment to upgrading the existing Clapboardtree Street Sewer Pump Station as shown in the Contract Documents. The upgrade includes but is not limited to replacing the existing submersible pumps, valves, piping and level monitoring instrumentation; select demolition; replacing the existing sewer force main with new 3-inch PVC pressure sewer pipe including a force main bypass assembly; and installing new 8-inch and 10-inch PVC gravity sewer and manholes. Work also includes site restoration including trench paving with hot mix asphalt, loam and seeding, and replacement of existing landscaping Clapboardtree Street Sewer Pump Station and Force Main Improvements Project Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified, bank, Treasurer's or cashier's check, or a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in the amount of (5%) if the total bid price, made payable to the Town of Westwood All work above shall be substantially completed within 210 calendar days from the notice to proceed, and final completion within 240 calendar day. The notice to proceed is anticipated to be provided December 2022, with an anticipated mobilization of April 2022.
