Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Remove and replace approximately 2,050 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main and 1,400 LF of 4" PVC services, including manholes, drop-manhole, fittings, and appurtenance replacement and upgrades within Monte Vista Lane from Butler Spaeth Road to the transition into Cimarron Drive. Remove and replace approximately 2,775 LF of 6" and 8" PVC water main and 1,575 LF of 1" poly services, including hydrants, valves, fittings, curb stops, and appurtenance replacement and upgrades within Monte Vista Lane from Butler Spaeth Road to the transition into Cimarron Drive, and within Stetson Drive from Monte Vista to O'Hara Drive. Full replacement of approximately 10,500 SY of asphaltic concrete pavement and aggregate base course to support utility effort with minor improvements to adjacent concrete curb and gutter, driveways, valley gutters, fillets, ADA ramps, sidewalk, and landscaping as appropriate and identified in the plans. Alternate work includes remove and replace approximately 1,650 LF of 8" of sanitary sewer main and 800 LF of 4" services, including manholes, fittings, and appurtenance replacement and upgrades within Overland Trail from Monte Vista Lane to Cimarron Drive. Limited replacement of approximately 1,425 SY of asphaltic concrete and 55 SY of Portland cement concrete patch to support utility effort with minor improvements to adjacent concrete curb and gutter, driveways, valley gutters, sidewalk, and landscaping as appropriate and identified in the plans
