Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; water / sewer project; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; transportation facility; and transportation facility.

Schedule A: Loading Pad Improvements consists of construction of concrete pavement, new trench drains including retardant, and water delivery piping, electrical utilities, expanding and relining the evaporation pond, installation of a pond aeration system, installing apron lights, and other items. Approximate quantities include 5,000 SY asphalt pavement milling, 3,800 CY excavation, 175 CY subbase course, 840 CY base course, 1,200 LF trench drain with piping, 2,250 SY concrete pavement, 1,050 tons asphalt mix pavement, 780 CY pond sediment removal, 2 apron lights with conduit and cable, 675 LF fence removal, and 680 LF security fence. Schedule B: Sewer Connections consists of new sewer connections for existing modular units and removal of an existing septic tank. Schedule C: Concrete Retardant Off-Loading Pad consists of construction of a concrete pad with a catch basin. Approximate quantities include 25 CY of excavation, 13 CY of subbase course, 5 CY of base course, and 45 SY concrete pavement. Schedule D: Drive-Through Compound Improvements consists of constructing asphalt pavement in the drive-through compound including curb and gutter. Approximate quantities include 1,210 CY of excavation, 730 CY of subbase course, 245 CY of base course, 235 LF concrete curbing, and 605 tons asphalt mix pavement. Schedule E: Asphalt Parking Area consists of construction of an asphalt parking area. Approximate quantities include 260 CY of excavation, 170 CY of subbase course, 85 CY of base course, 135 tons asphalt mix pavement. Schedule F: Apron Expansion consists of construction of additional asphalt apron. Approximate quantities include 1,270 CY of excavation, 580 CY of subbase course, 410 CY of base course, 1,510 tons asphalt mix pavement, 1,452 SY asphalt millings shouldering. It is the intent of the Owner to issue a Notice of Award within 60 days after opening bids with project award. It is the Owner's intent to issue a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor to commence construction no later than Spring 2022 with enough contract time to complete the awarded work prior to June 23, 2022. The project must be substantially complete by June 23, 2022.
