Renovation of a stadium in Pocatello, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
As of 8/10/2022 project was not yet been awarded. No estimated time frame yet. . A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include removal and replacement of the existing single ply roof on the upper portion of Holt Arena. The remaining metal panel roof will receive new rigid insulation and cover board. The whole roof will receive roughly 128,000 square feet of new single ply roofing and insulation. The project also includes new flashings, trims, and edge securement. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
