It is the intent of the Commission to obtain a qualified Contractor to perform Fire Sprinkler Services. It shall be the Contractors responsibility to provide all necessary supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform quarterly testing and inspection of sprinkler systems, annual testing to perform dry systems trip test, fire pump performance test, and testing of foam agent suppression system. Testing/inspections shall be performed at the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission's (Commission) Richard G. Hocevar Building and thirteen (13) additional Commission facilities located in Prince George's and Montgomery Counties. In addition, the Contractor may be required to provide emergency repair service work at any of the Commissions facilities located in Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties.
