Project Description: The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide Corrosion Construction Services to repair existing or install new corrosion control systems, which will be primarily cathodic protection system on existing metallic water and/or sewer mains at multiple locations throughout Prince George's County and Montgomery County, Maryland on an as needed basis. The term of this Contract shall be for three (3) years with a maximum contract upset limit of $30,000,000.00 for the base term. Pricing shall remain firm for the full term of the Contract, including option terms. The Contract may be extended for one (1) additional two-year period, upon written notice from the Procurement Office. All terms and conditions shall remain the same for all contract renewals. It is the intent of WSSC Water to make multiple awards for this solicitation.
