As of October 4, 2022, construction is underway and will be complete spring 2023. Olmsted County, with Kraus-Anderson Construction Company (in an Agency Construction Manager role), will receive multiple prime bids for the Government Center and Annex Building Steam Replacement project. Question Cutoff Date 1/10/2022 06:00:00 PM (ET) Each bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security in form of certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in amount of five (5) percent of Base Bid submitted, made payable to Owner, as guarantee that Bidder will, if awarded, enter into Contract in accordance with Contract Documents and submitted Bid.
