Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Old Lycoming Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The SEDA COG Joint Rail Authority (JRA) is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of Bridge No. 179.44 on the Lycoming Valley Railroad Antlers Industrial Track in Woodward Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The project involves replacement of the existing steel through girder single span bridge with a new single cell precast concrete arch bridge. Contact Jason Shura, P.E. at or jshura@stiffler-mcgraw.com with questions. Each bid must be accompanied by a 10% Bid Bond. A certified check may be submitted in lieu of a Bid Bond. The successful bidder will need to obtain Payment and Performance Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Bidder shall include the fully Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The JRA reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or to waive any errors, omissions, mistakes or irregularities at the discretion of the JRA.
