Renovation of a detention facility in Ashland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

The Jackson County Fire District #5 ("the Owner") Requests Proposals from experienced Construction Manager|General Contractors (CM|GC) for the Station 4 (formerly Station 2) Seismic Rehabilitation Project. Proposers shall provide five (5) paper submissions of their response with all attachments and required signatures and one (1) electronic copy on a flash drive in a sealed envelope. The project consists of seismic rehabilitation to Station 4 (formerly Station 2). Project includes structural upgrades bring the facility up to an essential facility. It also includes additions to the existing structure including mezzanine dorm area, weight room, additional apparatus bay, increases to onsite water storage. MACC for seismic scope of work is $1,050,000 and for the non-seismic upgrades $2,250,000. The CM|GC firms responding to this RFP will be evaluated based upon company overview, firm experience, similar project history, and other criteria identified in this RFP. This solicitation does not obligate the Owner to pay any costs incurred in preparation of Proposals. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal that is not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. For good cause, the Owner may reject any or all Proposals upon a written finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
