Bids must be labeled "Bid - Open Play Area Irrigation and Seeding Project". The name and address of the Bidder shall be included on the outside of the sealed envelope. The contract consists of the following major items: Project includes preparing the existing ground for planting grass, and design and installation of an irrigation system.
