Bids for the construction of Treasure Valley Reload Center - 2022 - Contract 3 - Treasure Valley Reload Center Building. The Treasure Valley Reload Center - 2022 project will include, but not be limited to, the construction of a 60,000 square foot reload facility building, office, and rail dock; construction of approximately 6,400 linear feet (LF) of new paved access roads, parking and truck unloading areas, and 20,700 LF of rail improvements; installation of water, sanitary sewer, and franchise utility improvements; and mitigation of 7.8 acres of wetlands. This Work will be divided into four contracts. Contract 3 (this Project) consists of designing and constructing concrete foundations and placing concrete slabs; stubbing all required utilities; erecting steel buildings furnished by the Owner; interior framing; plumbing work; electrical work; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning work; and any other Work required for a fully functioning facility. The Work will be substantially completed on or before August 31, 2022, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before September 30, 2022.
