The successful Bidder will be required to post a 100% Payment and Performance Bond. The Town of Westerly/Westerly Schools reserves the right to reject any/all bids, waive any informalities in the bids received and to accept and award the bid to the lowest evaluated bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town/School. Scope of Work The project shall consist of the replacing Four (4) 10 Lamp (1500W each) Pole Top Lighting Systems including new light towers, controls and control wiring at Augeri Field, 23 Ward Avenue, Westerly R.I. The new towers and fixtures installation may be coordinated with an awarded Electrical Contractor who will perform the demolition and primary power supply conduit, cabling and terminations per the awarded Lighting System Contractors recommendations. The Lighting project shall include but is not limited to the following. o Furnish and install the necessary lighting fixtures with guaranteed light levels of 30 footcandles at field of play, required lighting towers, control conduit, control panels, control wiring, programming, and grounding as needed to comply with the N.E.C, Rhode Island Interscholastic League, State, and Local Authorities o Install any required lightning arrestor systems o Work with Owner to secure energy reimbursements from the Utility Company o Erect and aim sports lighting equipment per instructions provided by manufacturer. o SPORTS LIGHTING SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION- Musco Light-Structure System with
