Renovation of a mixed-use development in Eagle Lake, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Description of Repairs: 1. Remove water from the swimming pool. 2. Chip out all plaster and pressure wash swimming pool, acid etch entire pool with muriatic acid. 3. Backfill with brown coat substrate. 4. Plaster pool 1/2 " to 3/4 " thick. 5. Remove and replace 6 pool lights with LED pool lights. 6. Remove and replace tile on perimeter of main pool and children's pool. 7. Remove and replace curb on perimeter of pool. 8. Replace black tile swimming lanes, 540 linear feet. 9. Replace 11 skimmers. 10. Identify and repair leaks in pump system under pool deck. 11. Install Back Bar and Deck O Seal on all expansion joints in and around swimming pool. 12. Pool dimensions: 43' x 121'. Depth: 3' to 10.5'. Note: Remove plaster 3" deep beneath the tile. Contractor to verify all pool dimensions. The City of Eagle Lake reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any proposal, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed to be the most advantageous to the City of Eagle Lake.
