Funding for the project is provided through the American Rescue Plan Act. Bids are invited for the following: 1. Purchase and installation of HVAC Units 2. Removal and replacement of duct work Bid/Contract Documents, including Technical Specifi cations are on fi le at 2700 Western Ave., West Orange, Texas. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety is required with each bid for those contracts that exceed $100,000. A certifi ed check or bank draft payable to the City of West Orange or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The City of West Orange reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of West Orange for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidders' qualifi cations prior to the contract award.
