Site work and paving for a road / highway in Upper Leacock Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Contract No. 1 work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, approximately 45,220 SY of bituminous seal coat - double application. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of ten percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Only those questions submitted online shall be considered. Questions received after 4:00 PM on Thursday, February 3, 2022 regarding the project will not be acknowledged. There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project. Contract 1 - Bituminous Seal Coat Estimate project value :- $110,000 - $160,000 This contract is subject to the following: the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions (Contract No. 2 - Paving and Contract No. 3 - Cold-In-Place Recycling); the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Conditions; requirement of non-collusion affidavit; and the non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
