Site work and paving for a road / highway in Dahlonega, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The City of Dahlonega is requesting sealed bids leveling and topping with asphalt concrete on various city streets in the City of Dahlonega. Work is as specified in the Bid Document and is to be done in accordance with current GDOT standards and specifications. Bidders are required to carefully examine the specifications contained in this bid document. Questions regarding Project #2022-001 will be accepted in writing only, to the City of Dahlonega Purchasing Agent, Brittany Lee at blee@dahlonega.gov or faxed to 706-864-4837 before 12:00PM, EST, on Monday, January 10, 2022. Responses will be posted by addenda no later than 5:00PM EST, on Wednesday, January 12 ,2022 All bid forms must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
