Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

*As of April 14, 2022, a general contractor has been awarded and construction is underway. This project includes the selective demolition and removal of existing carpet and tile, wall partitions, utilities, and ceilings and the relocation of plumbing fixtures, doors, frames, and door hardware. New finishes include carpet tile, vinyl tile, paint, ceiling panels, as well as new lighting, HVAC Diffuser, and receptacles. The owner will provide and install Audio/Visual and Information Technology equipment in cooperation with the contractor's schedule. Contractors must be a plan holder of record to submit a bid for this project. To be listed as a plan holder, you must obtain bid documents
