This project titled "HVAC Renovationsî consist of the following major elements: 1. Selective mechanical and electrical demolition; 2. Structural modifications and reinforcements; 3. Roofing modifications; 4. New mechanical, electrical and plumbing work; 5. All other work indicated on the drawings and in the project manual for this project Bids shall be sealed and submitted on a proposal form included in the Project Manual.
