Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Monaca, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Each bid must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total of the Base Bid; and by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Qualification Questionnaire, and a Pennsylvania Certificate of Authority (if applicable). Project is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987, as amended and supplemented. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or parts thereof or items therein and to waive any informality in the bidding. Scope Description: Improvements to the main building entrance include, replacement of existing storefronts with sliding doors and associated storefront entrance system. HVAC work includes replacement of a couple of existing interior units with new exterior units. This will require some new underground gas services, bollards, extension of a portion of the paved driveway and associated electrical work scope.
