Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Milbank, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
**As of January 25, 2022, project has been awarded in the amount of $101,661.41. Work shall consist of replacement of the main 600 amp 480 volt power panel and motor control center. Bid will include all labor, permits, 600 amp main circuit breaker panel, 600amp Motor Control Center with buckets to match current buckets, and disposal of old equipment and inspection fees. Each bidder shall visit the site and shall completely inform himself relative to the conditions of compliance. All conditions shall be properly investigated and considered in the preparation of the bid. There will be no subsequent financial adjustment for lack of prior information. The City of Milbank reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive irregularities as deemed to be in the best interest of Milbank, South Dakota.
