Solicitation- 221004, 21121.0 The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: New one-story 680 SF house for visiting scholars at AU. The new house will be constructed on the Pebble Hill site at 101 S Debardeleben Street, Auburn, AL. Design includes concrete slab on grade, wood frame construction with fiber-cement board siding and trim, aluminum clad windows, and asphalt shingle roof. Interior work consists of wood flooring (owner provided wood, contractor installed), painted gypsum board walls and ceilings, built-in cabinets, painted wood trim, wall tile in the kitchen and bathroom, and floor tile in the bathroom. In accordance with Code of Alabama, 39-2-2(a), prequalification is required for this project.
