Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Auburn, Alabama. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: This project will demolish the following Hill Residence Halls: Dobbs, Dunn, Graves, Toomer, Dowell, Leischuck, Hollifield , Duncan, Knapp, M Residence Hall, and Burton Hall. Demolition will include the removal of the building structure, foundations, fixtures, hazardous material, utilities, and site pavements. Site grading, erosion control, and site stabilization are also included in the project scope. prequalification is required for this project. A certified check or bid bond payable to Auburn University in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds will be required at the signing of the Contract.
