Site work for a water / sewer project in Richmond, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the supply of materials, equipment, tools, services, labour, and all things necessary for the completion of the reconstruction of a timber wharf in Steveston Paramount Site. Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but not limited to, the following items covered further in the Contract Documents: Review site specific information. Demolition, removal and disposal of timber wharf Relocating existing floats and gangway Supply and install sheet pile wall complete with tie back system Backfill behind installed sheet pile wall. Provide as-built drawings and closeout submittals The Contractor must perform and complete the Work before May 31, 2022 To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost approximately between $1,000,001 and $5,000,000 (GST included).
