Researching existing water models and infrastructure, existing studies and utility drawings in conjunction with all necessary local municipality Public Works, Public Utilities, Storm water and Planning Departments; Providing survey and data collection; Preparing all permits required for compliance with local, state and federal requirements; Conducting regular meetings with appropriate County and Local Municipality personnel; Preparing all right of way/easement acquisition maps as required; Provide any necessary acquisition services in conformance with the County Policies, Procedures and Guidelines as well as all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Preparing contract documents for bidding and permitting; Preparing detailed cost estimates; Providing Construction Administration services associated with the execution of the associated construction contract, including providing a detailed phasing plan as directed by County to indicate the schedule and coordination of construction designed to provide minimal disruption to existing residents and businesses. Providing close out documentation as directed by the County, including as-built drawings.
