Project no: 19012 The Greater Albany Public Schools 8J ("the Owner") Requests Proposals from experienced Construction Manager|General Contractors (CM|GC) for the construction of the Modular Project. The District has a number of distinct projects across the District in 2022 they are: North Albany Elementary School - Two Classroom pier set modular classrooms. The work consists of wet and dry utilities to the building, fire alarm, covered walk way, sidewalks and expanded parking lot. South Shore Elementary School - Eight Classroom stand-alone addition utilizing factory-built buildings. Work consists of wet and dry utilities to the building, mechanical system build out, sidewalks and covered walk ways. Potential Additional Projects: - Takena Elementary School Six Classroom addition attached to existing building utilizing factory-built buildings. Sunrise Elementary School mechanical upgrades to the existing building.
